2015 In Review

We’ll be announcing some great new events for anyone 50+ for under £20 shortly, some even being under £5, so keep a look out on our events listing page! These events are just perfect for the after Christmas expenses. In the meantime, we take a look back at what we’ve been up to over the past year.

Our website: wholondon.co.uk

July saw our website’s first birthday and throughout the year we listened to you – with a couple of months to go until Christmas, we introduced guest places for our events in October. This means that you no longer have to be a member to book a Who London event – simply choose your event and get your tickets (they won’t be as cheap as member tickets but if you can’t come to events regularly, or want to buy others tickets, this is a great alternative for you instead of membership).

Events

We organised a massive 77 events for you in 2015 and there will be lots more in 2016!

Our events in the last year have included our Streetlife Tea & Talk afternoon in March which gained 165 post comments on our Streetlife conversation. Check out what our speaker, Joe, had to say.

In May the sun had come early as we tried out Laughing Yoga – it really is the best medicine, our teacher, Graham, tells us. Did Tracey agree? See her round-up here.

Our dining out events have also made us very happy, including our Modern Brasserie Dining event in August at Chez Mal, and most recently we enjoyed our Who London Xmas Feast – an alternative Christmas lunch at the popular Souk Medina.

There’s been delicious food from our restaurant events, so our walking tours have helped us get ready for more indulging as we walk it all off together! We had our Hidden City Corners event in September and exactly three months later our Merry Christmas Walking Tour from which Laura posted some of her photos on her blog.
