Frequently Asked Questions
Want to become a member?
1. How does membership work?
To join Who London and book events you do not need to be a member, but we strongly recommend you are. For only £5 a month (cancel any time), or £45 a year, you receive discounts on events and other member benefits. Registration is quick and easy – just follow the steps on this page and choose whether to receive our e-newsletters (recommended) then we’ll send you a welcome email. You can book as many Who London events as you like as often as you like, but don’t wait until too near the event date to book as we can never guarantee there’ll be any spaces left and at the reduced rate. If you need any help please Get In Touch online, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 3393 3343.
2. Where can I see your Terms and Conditions?

Who London does not receive any of your personal payment details if you book through our website and paying through PayPal with us will not cost you anything extra.

7. Can I cancel my order if I change my mind or if I am not well?
Tickets purchased from Who London are non-refundable (see our Terms of Business). Orders are confirmed with the Event Provider so the only time we can offer a refund is in the unlikely event it is cancelled or moved to another date/time. If you are not well enough you must not attend an event until you are better to protect yourself and others. If you have Coronavirus or you are asymptomatic but have tested positive for a contagious disease/illness like Coronavirus, or another member of your household is unwell/asymptomatic and has tested positive, you must not attend an event until at least 14 days after both your recoveries.
