Want to become a member?
1. How does membership work?
To join Who London and book events you do not need to be a member, but we strongly recommend you are. For only £5 a month (cancel any time), or £45 a year, you receive discounts on events and other member benefits. Registration is quick and easy – just follow the steps on this page and choose whether to receive our e-newsletters (recommended) then we’ll send you a welcome email. You can book as many Who London events as you like as often as you like, but don’t wait until too near the event date to book as we can never guarantee there’ll be any spaces left and at the reduced rate. 3. What is PayPal?
PayPal is the payment service provider we use for taking all your bookings, whether you’re a member or not. For information on PayPal please click here. You can see their user agreement here. PayPal is a secure way to pay by card, or with a PayPal account if you have/want one. Who London does not receive any of your personal payment details if you book through our website and paying through PayPal with us will not cost you anything extra.
4. Can I purchase tickets by phone?
Sure, please call us on 020 3393 3343 and we can take payment from you, or we are more than happy to talk you through the online payment steps if you prefer.
5. I have a disability; are Who London events suitable for me?
Many of our events would be, but we strongly recommend that you or somebody on your behalf call us on 020 3393 3343 before booking. We can then check your needs and how best our Event Providers could welcome you.
6. Can I book tickets for friends who want to join me at an event?
You can book tickets for other people age 50+ if there are the spaces available. When you RSVP you can choose the number of guest tickets you would like. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 020 3393 3343 for further help.
7. Can I cancel my order if I change my mind or if I am not well?
Tickets purchased from Who London are non-refundable (see our Terms of Business). Orders are confirmed with the Event Provider so the only time we can offer a refund is in the unlikely event it is cancelled or moved to another date/time. If you are not well enough you must not attend an event until you are better to protect yourself and others. If you have Coronavirus or you are asymptomatic but have tested positive for a contagious disease/illness like Coronavirus, or another member of your household is unwell/asymptomatic and has tested positive, you must not attend an event until at least 14 days after both your recoveries.
8. Can you let me know when you have new events?
To keep up to date with our events calendar: as a member please make sure you have opted to receive our priority alerts e-newsletters or email us at email@example.com for us to organise this for you; or if you are not yet a member we recommend you subscribe to our New Events and Offers email updates (please go to the bottom right of our homepage here or alternatively you can email us to add you). Please note spaces are sold on a first come, first served basis so you might also like follow us on our social media pages on Facebook and Twitter.

9. I haven't received my confirmation email; what should I do?
Once you have booked your ticket/s by following the quick and easy booking steps, you will get an email confirmation from Who London. If you do not receive this confirmation within 4 hours please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us on 020 3393 3343 if the event is within 48 hours. If you’re a member you can check your booking has gone through by logging into your Who London My Bookings area.
10. I've changed my contact details, so how do I update this information on your website?
If you’re a member you can access and update your contact details on the Membership Account section of the Who London website. If you’re a non-member you can email email@example.com or email 020 3393 3343. Please note: if you are changing your contact details within 48 hours of one of your event bookings please call 020 3393 3343 to confirm the changes. If your event is on a Sunday evening please let us know before 5pm on the Friday before.
11. What do I need to take to an event?
Please print out your email confirmation for each event booking to take with you as this acts as your ticket. Each event description will have listed anything you need to bring, so please double-check each dedicated event page.
12. How do I find my group at an event?
On arrival at the venue you will need to present your Who London event confirmation email to a member of staff and they will direct you to your group. If you are going to a workshop or Who London Masterclass please show the tutor your event confirmation email or approach reception staff.
13. I would love to attend a similar event or return to the same venue; when will the next one be taking place?
