There’s nothing better than getting out to places in London and seeing it in a new light.
That’s why we’ve teamed up with Westland Place Studios to give our members a real taste of just that! If you’re free on Saturday 25th October join this wonderfully expressive workshop.
Starting at 10am in the creative hub of the studios (five minutes walk from Old Street station), you’ll have both an informal and creative day. You’ll listen to an informal lecture and partake in discussion on the history of street photography, techniques and composition ideas before getting time to put what you have learnt into practise in Shoreditch, one of London’s most distinctive and unusual places, ready to share with the group before the workshop day finishes at 3.30pm.
If you’re someone who likes a creative weekend, then our photography day is not to be missed! Shooting The City will teach you to easily take snaps that differ from any others. Just bring along your digital camera (or even a phone camera will be fine) and a notebook and pen. Then let Westland Place Studios give you the tips on how to think outside the box and capture your own London moments – your shots would make great framed Xmas gifts!
